R&R REI Investments LLC didn’t begin as a grand plan to build a company—it started with curiosity.

In early 2025, founders Devin Rivet and Elijah Riley completed their first vacant land transaction, a double lot, and quickly noticed something most people overlooked: valuable land sitting unused. While others focused on new construction or turnkey homes, they saw opportunity in what many considered “empty.”

To them, land was never forgotten or unimportant. It was the foundation of everything in real estate. Without it, nothing can be built.

That belief pushed them to take action. Elijah Riley was born and raised between Newport and Providence, Rhode Island, and brings over five years of experience as a licensed real estate agent—a role he continues to actively practice today.

He has worked across all facets of real estate, with a strong focus on land sourcing, zoning analysis, and development-oriented opportunities. His experience spans single-family residential transactions, vacant land acquisition and development, and working directly with investors on residential and commercial projects, including commercial leasing. Elijah has closed tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions across diverse asset classes.

Elijah specialise in identifying and sourcing vacant land, interpreting zoning and entitlement constraints, and navigating complex real estate scenarios from raw land to new construction and redevelopment. He is known for uncovering value in non-obvious deals and for coordinating the right resources to move projects forward efficiently.

His problem-solving mindset and development-focused approach make him a trusted partner for vacant landowners, developers, and investors.

Devin

Born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, I bring a local-first mindset to real estate investing across New England. I’ve been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions, including single-family homes, multifamily properties, and vacant land, with a core focus on sourcing overlooked and off-market opportunities for new construction, developing/sourcing off market land.

In addition to investing, I’m an active property manager in the Boston market, working directly with owners, tenants, and vendors. This hands-on role gives me practical insight into day-to-day operations, maintenance, and long-term asset performance, allowing me to evaluate opportunities with a disciplined, numbers-driven approach.

I’m a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and I apply the same analytical mindset from my academic background to real estate investing and decision-making.

Outside of real estate, I’ve played professional rugby for over five years. That experience has shaped my approach to business through a strong emphasis on teamwork, resilience, accountability, and execution.
